Gentle Flow 1

Monday & Wednesday: 7:30pm-8:25pm

Wanna move, but not in the mood for one hundred chaturanga push ups? This is the class for you. We will gently flow and practice a well rounded sequence of asanas (postures), followed by pranayama (breath control) to help rejuvenate our entire being. There is something here for everyone. Excellent for newbies, but appropriate for all levels.

Restorative 1

Friday: 6:30-7:40pm

Restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. This class is intended to revitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calming the nervous system. Props are used to encourage deeper relaxation in each pose which helps to soothe the mind. Appropriate for all levels.


 

 

Hatha Yoga 2

Saturday: 9:00am-10:15am

Ha(Sun) Tha(Moon) Yoga  is a balancing practice, that builds strength and stamina while calming the nervous system with deep stretches and breath awareness.  Appropriate for Intermediate students with experience. 

Meditation 

Saturday: 10:15-10:30am

Experience the practice of meditation every Saturday morning immediately following Hatha Yoga 2.
